• I worked collaboratively with the ceo, product manager, business analyst, designer, and full stack developers to improve the company product’s ui/ux/cx, digital strategy - to enhance product features quickly and efficiently. 
• I worked collaboratively with product manager to develop a product vision, defined goals, customer persona, strategy, customer journey, and list down product features per target market. Also, to draft a high-level development timeline, and maintained the product roadmap.
• I worked collaboratively with business analyst, and product manager to conduct strategic market research, data analysis involving competitor analyses, sector research, and other identified future trends for future product development.
• I create draft wireframes, and other custom draft designs to envision and enhance product user experience using Figma and Adobe XD.
• I worked collaboratively with the product managers to create user stories, acceptance criteria checklist, and discussed it with the development team.
• I assist product managers to facilitate product demos for stakeholders, collect feedback, and draft quick solutions to improve product features with the development team.
• I worked collaboratively  with the ui/ux designer and graphic designer to create initial mood board, sitemap, wireframes, prototyping, and final ui/ux product design before development using figma and adobe xd.
• I managed and reviewed product backlog, and prioritized task items that need to be done using teamwork kanban board for better overall workflow.
• I worked closely with the scrum team; project manager, qa and developers by attending scrum meetings, participating in user acceptance testing, and to create detailed bug/enhancement tickets via jira - to make sure the user goals are clear, vision is aligned based on customer needs and business objectives. 
• I worked collaboratively with the marketing team, and graphic designer by providing product features list and customer key benefits. Contributing inputs in creation of product value proposition for marketing materials, collaterals and other online ad campaigns - to achieve a successful product launch and brand awareness.
• I worked collaboratively with product managers to create product demos, distribute product information, lay out product vision, and inspire the sales team to deliver a winning sales pitch to target customers, and business partners. 
• I worked closely with the managers to gather customer feedback from customer support, and sales team. To prioritize what to build next. To maintain the client/customer expectation, and satisfaction while using the company’s product and services.
