Andrea Maat

My working experience covers General and Management Accounting, which is 25 years in a supervisory position, in different type of industry. I also have 12 years BPO experience which exposed me to connect with different stakeholders and trained how to assist them in any issues or escalations.

My latest role is a Team Lead for 12 years in a BPO company. As team Lead, I am managing the overall daily operation of the team. I also have experience in General Accounting, preparation of Financial Statements, BIR compliances, assist in External Auditor and also developing people professionally and personally.

I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Accountancy in Polytechnic University of the Phils. last Nov, 1994.
