I'm a Communication Arts graduate with experience in media, management, and advertising. I have led a staff of creative professionals and have overseen a range of projects from conceptualization to execution.

• Co-founded an independent media and creative agency that envisions new, practical, and innovative methods of delivering communications to millennials and Gen Zs. 
• Managed and monitored day-to-day operational activities of the agency. 
• Supervised and worked closely with the staff in ensuring outputs were adhering to  the quality standard.  
• Worked with various non-profit and non-governmental organizations in raising  awareness on political, social, and environmental issues.
• Mobilized donation drives that raised over 1-million pesos for victims of typhoons in the country. 
• Built and fostered professional relationships with other organizations, agencies,  academics, and key resource persons, among others.

• Managed the end-to-end transactional process, including site viewings and negotiations. 
• Assisted with transaction documentation, including proposals, letters of intent,  and lease agreements, to support deal closure.
• Developed briefs, pitch decks, write ups, marketing initiatives, and designed collateral materials to promote available office spaces and other property listings.

November 2018 to December 2019

• Assisted the Executive Pastry Chef in the production of all the pastries, desserts, and breads (cakes, gateaux, ice creams, chocolates, cookies, biscuits etc) that were  distributed all throughout the hotel, restaurant, and its outlets.
• Worked the line in the restaurant during service.

• Assisted the Director and Executive Producer in pre-production to post-production process. 
• Handled logistics and liquidation.
