I am a goal-oriented Psychology Major who aspires to have a purpose in the field of my profession. Given that the nature of my field is dealing with individuals, I intentionally gained experiences in engaging with people specifically in interviewing, recruitment and selection process, and onboarding. I also gained knowledge in labor law, human resource management and development that will help and guide me how to lead and manage people and their skills, and align them to the company’s goals.
