I finished my Bachelor of Secondary Education degree in the Philippines in 2007 and have been teaching professionally for more than 12 years now having fruitfully handled both  Junior  and Senior high school students. Currently, I am assigned as a Teacher-Trainer for incoming classroom teachers. My style of teaching can be best described as motivational and collaborative, holistic and innovative. I always keep focused on the total development of an individual student, consistently addressing each'  unique needs, enhancing strengths, and finding remedies to limitations and weaknesses. My passion of making my students grow positively in all aspects of learning drives me to tirelessly explore and learn more ways and techniques to apply in my day to day teaching and mentoring activities.  I feel fulfilled and rewarded by the very high passing rates of my students and the consistently excellent performance of classroom teachers I have trained at the end of every school year.  Several certificates of commendation from the schools declaring me as a Best Teacher are a clear indication that I have been doing everything right in my profession. I fervently hope and pray that I can continue to thrive and excel as a good teacher if given the opportunity to work in your institution.
