I am more than 20 years in valuation and currently an executive of Crown Property Appraisal Corporation in the Philippines handling corporate and/or industrial valuation project. 

My clients are into manufacturing industries, internal combustion engine power plants, renewable energy power plants, medium and high rise buildings, among others.. 

I am more than 20 years in real estate and plant machinery valuation. I worked with Philippine National Oil Company, Asian Appraisal in Philippines, CB Richard Ellis Philippines, Colliers International UAE,  Crown Appraisal Philippines among others.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Philippine licensed/registered  mechanical engineer and real estate appraiser.
