I am a highly motivated and progress-focused Process and R&D Engineer in the Philippines with a long-standing background in chemical industry. With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have devised strategic initiatives which I believe will prove valuable to the company.

Throughout the course of my career, I have strengthened my capabilities in quality assurance and control, decision making including keen attention to detail and accuracy and risk assessment abilities in a laboratory set up and manufacturing plant. I am a fast learner and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing projects with proficiency.

In my previous role, I contributed critical thinking, teamwork, and time estimation toward team efforts and improvements. I am progressive minded and in tune with new developments. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong planning talents. I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions which allow me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal.
