  • Experience in Linux Administration in patching, compiling, securing, and troubleshooting Linux servers in a heterogeneous environment.

  • Implementation of SAP OSS/Security notes, work with users to find solutions to the problems and work with ABAP team to reach a resolution
  • Change request transport, Transport management
  • Monitoring Background jobs, re-scheduling, canceling long running jobs
  • File System monitoring
  • Providing Missing Authorizations to the users
  • Checking Failed update record system logs
  • Short dump analysis, managing lock entries, lock/unlock transaction codes, displaying and monitoring of Database and Application servers, managing user sessions
  • Handling Transport from one System to another System. DEV, QA, PRD
  • Maintaining of Operation Modes and Profile Parameters
  • Troubleshooting and monitoring with system hardware
  • Early Watch Analysis for All the production systems for Key customers
  • Reporting problems like Startup, Background jobs, updates, System status, work processes, System logs, ABAP dumps, Memory issues
  • Implementing support packs/stacks for both ABAP and Java Environment
  • Kernel upgrade, applying licenses and TMS configuration on a cluster environment and across the landscape
  • SCOT and Alert inbox configuration
  • Configuration of maintenance optimizer, issue management and CTS
  • Client Administration includes creation, copy delete, export and import
