• Ensure the QA/QC system implementation by the contractor on site are in compliance with their Quality manual.
• Ensure the contractor has a current Internal Audit plan/schedule.
• Conduct / witness Audit on CSC, contractors and subcontractors.
• To Ensure the CSC and contractor have adequate QC personnel / Inspectors on site during all production shift operations to perform the inspection and tests.
• To Ensure the contractor performing inspections, sampling and testing of materials in accordance with the specified standards and as approved in the Inspection test plan.
• Review on contractors, subcontractors and suppliers pre qualifications documents.
• Conduct and co-ordinate weekly quality meetings with CSC, contractors and subcontractors.
• Review Contractor’s Monthly reports.
• Conduction site and factory surveillance inspection.
• Liaise with the CSC and contractor’s QA/QC Manager/Engineer for day-to-day quality issues
• Conduct site quality walkdown and issues report to contractor on weekly basis
• Participate in Mock up and Performance Mock up inspections and ascertain that the work is executed in accordance with the contract document and approved standards.
• Review / Endorse contractors as built drawings
