Danica Michaela Mancao

I am a globally certified professional in Project Management and Project Risk Management who aims to use my skills and knowledge in those areas, together with my knowledge in Finance and Operations, to ensure projects provide outcomes that will contribute to the company achieving its strategic objectives.

My work as a Organizational Planning and Performance Management Specialist focuses on project portfolio management. I am responsible for the creation and implementation of a PPM guideline, creation of Project Management guideline, improvement and implementation of project risk management guideline, support in the project risk management of projects and monitor their PRMPs.

Previously, I have worked as aStrategic Business Analyst involves performing project management functions to ensure the projects are viable legally, technically, and financially through careful and thorough due diligence. I head and oversee projects from planning until construction to ascertain that projects meet deadlines and budget. 

In addition, I have just been recently accredited by the Project Management Institute as a Certified Associate in Project Management, where my knowledge and skills in project management broadened. I aim to gain more experience in Project Development to be qualified for the PMP Certification.
 

I also perform business development functions such as identifying and screening potential business opportunities which encompasses development of benchmarking and market analysis, financial models, pricing strategies, and due diligence. I have exceptional relationship-building skills since I had to meet with different stakeholders, whether they be customers, partners, or suppliers.

I graduated from the University of the Philippines, with a degree in Management.
