Currently working as a laboratory manager handling and managing a tertiary core laboratory supplemented with 5 different laboratory sites which includes more than 50 MLS and support staffs . I have a working experience of seven years and have been assigned to different roles inside the laboratory from generalist all the way through management roles. Continuous education have been a priority for me and I have been certified as an HIV Counselor, Pollution Control Officer, and Biosafety Officer.

SATELLITE LABORATORY MANAGER, December, 2023 - Present

● Manages more than 50 MLS and support staffs and responsible for efficient day to day running of the laboratory which

includes rostering and training of staffs, stock control, and overall laboratory administration.

● Monitors the performance of equipment maintenance, QC and QA programs, and records management.

● Maintains a high level of hands-on skills and knowledge in all areas of laboratory work.

● Follows-up on customer/employee complaints and problems and ensure that these are reported using the company’s

nonconformities report system and that resolutions are made in a timely manner.

● Ensures that the laboratory passes the annual DOH accreditation and licensing requirements.

● Facilitates continuing education and improve personal development for herself and all the staffs.
