In addition, I have learned Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), which gives me a strong understanding of how healthcare organizations move from patient registration to final payment. This knowledge allows me to better support billing workflows, identify documentation gaps, assist with claims follow-ups, and contribute to reducing delays or revenue loss. Having RCM awareness means I do not only perform administrative tasks, but I also understand how my work directly impacts clinic operations and financial performance.
