The trust and Safety Admin is responsible for completing tasks that supports the security and integrity of Appen crowd. The Trust and Safety Admin works with large sets of data to identify fraudulent actors, address risk, and collaborates with various Appen teams to evaluate and process contributor removal through automated risk detection methods in an ongoing effort to proactively repel fraudulent actors from Appen systems and projects.
Responsibilities
Verifying customer identity. Gathering and analyzing documents like driver's licenses, passports, and utility bills to confirm a customer's identity.
Analyzing onboarding information. Reviewing and analyzing client onboarding information and documents to meet KYC requirements.
Investigate incoming contributor risk-related escalations and requests using multiple platforms and tools; providing a timely resolution and responding to inquiries received from various stakeholders
Review and action fraud alerts from relevant reporting within SLA requirements
Complete weekly fraud flag review and determines next steps for positively identified fraud
Apply relevent disciplinary actions as required by the relevant fraud response processes such as user blocking and termination
Support compliance with automation, processes, and approach across all Business Units
