I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and more than two decades of proven experience, effectively and efficiently managing both patients and staff. I am an extremely organized, calm, patient and professional with excellent healthcare skills. I can work under pressure and yet providing a good quality output. I have a passion for providing caliber care to patients, and the necessary leadership skills to inspire other staff members to strive to provide above standard levels of service, for me patient satisfaction is the key to success.

Previously, I was the OR manager of the Ambulatory Surgical Center of Healthway Qualimed Manila. We cater to all day case surgeries and cases from the OR of PGH Manila.

In addition to that, I was the Operating Room Department Head Nurse of Camarin Doctors Hospital. We have 6 Theatres that can cater to all specialties except Transplant Surgeries. 

With my preious role as Acting Director of Nursing in Universal Hospital Sudan (480 Bed Capacity) in Khartoum, Sudan. I was tasked to manage the nursing department and making sure that all aspects of patient needs is being met by my colleagues and developing a directing rotational system to manage the care of patients and otherwise coordinate workforce management.   During those times I’ve been recognized as a dedicated, with a clear vison, and reliable person who has the ability to work without supervision from my superiors.

In addition, my twenty years of experience as an Operating Room nurse helped me realize and implement my clinical duties which I learned during the course of my education. During the time of being an OR Nurse, I was commended for proficiently handling difficult situations and I manage to make up something using the available resources without compromising the quality of work and the patient itself. In and out of the Operating Room I am a patient advocate. I love teaching and developing people to the fulnest of their capabalities.
