I am flexible and willing to learn and can perform multitask if need be. I am also hardworking and do not complain during the job. I will also work any job that is asked of me and always do my hardest in ever task I am given.

Currently I am working as a Customer support representative in a BPO industry that performs emails and outbound calls to customers who are asking for tracking updates, ETA’s, POD’s regarding their loads. I also used to work at a Private Water company that provide good service in order to push the sales and acting as an intermediary between the producer and clientele. My first job was Cyber cafe attendant and I provide a complete computer facility or unit to customers. I assist them with their printing, data encoding, sorting their emails, troubleshoot internet problems that a customer might encounter.

I am an undergraduate in Bachelor of Science in Information and Technology.
