Eddel Cloudetthe Estocapio

I am a technical writer and I have an extensive experience in selection on recruitment processes for private and government offices. I have good communication skills both in Filipino and English. I also do research and conduct leadership training. 

I previously worked for a private company as Human Resources Officer and was pirated by the Local Government Unit to work at the HRM Office as Labor and Employment Officer and was promoted to Administrative Officer II position and handled the Selection and Recruitment Section. After 3 years, I was promoted to a much higher position at the Office for Strategy Management as Administrative Officer V and currently the second-in-command in the office. 

I was enrolled at the University of the Philippines with a Major and Minor in Anthropology and Psychology respectively. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of the Cordilleras and got units for Juris Doctor at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University.
