My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. Every teacher devotes his or her life to education for reasons as individual to them as any other part of their identity.

One of the reasons why i become a teacher is to contribute to the community in a meaningful way.

Me as a teacher I want to help my students along this path and to play a part in shaping the person they will ultimately become. I want to help a child struggling with low self-esteem and problems at home, and then become a teacher to encourage them and help them realize their potential. Me as a teacher, I have the potential to interact with my students at all stages of development and from all walks of life.

As a teacher, I must stay up to date with the latest technology. As most people know, teaching is an extremely time consuming occupation. My lessons will have more variety of teaching techniques because primary students are active  so that’s why the learning process has to be interesting and amusing and I prefer to apply the 80/20 teaching rule, since I find it more productive and focus to students .

Also I make it sure that every lesson connected with the previous ones this is why; lesson plan is one of the most important guides as a teacher. The warm-up activity, guided practice and assessment are one way to evaluate the students.

I will encourage students to express themselves and practice speaking. I believe that most of the learning process takes place in the classroom.  My need for flexibility in time is great and I feel that an on-line program will help fill that need. Therefore I look forward to the flexibility that comes from an on-line environment.
