I am passionate about customer service relations posts for the longest time.

I am a mother of two, I believe being a mom does a lot of domestic work at home. I've been doing it every day since I delivered my eldest, domestic work for me is just a piece of cake. Furthermore, I am a patient person since I used to work as well in many BPO companies answering their inquiries and so far all of them were satisfied with the service I provided.

Just finished my caregiving course and looking forward to getting my NC11 by May of 2022.
