I am a store manager in a German restaurant with 7 years of experience. My primary function is to organized the staff in the daily operations of the Store, And provide guidance to support leadership to each member of the team, To make sure all Employees doing the Standard Procedure, Managing sales, Customer Service, Controlling wasted products in every small details, Planning in everyday basis to perform the smooth operation, Checking the standard procedures perform by staffs in their designated Duties and responsibilities, Supervision, Monitoring Stocks Availability, Reducing cost in food wasted and electrical, Project management in operation, Motivation, Leading staff, (DSR) Daily Sales Report, Organizing schedules and stocks,  Email reports, (PR) Personal Request, Managing quality, Waste control, Monthly Inventory, Monthly Sales, Warehouse orderings, Suppliers ordering, Checking machines for cleanliness, Staff productivity and development, Action plan, Quick response in emails, Checking products in all stations availability or how’s the presentation and quality of the products, Costumer service, Maintenance issues, Adaptability, Strategic decision in operations purposes, Publishing policy and procedures, Making and adding production procedure or manual with their (UOM) Unit Of Measurements to maintain quality and customer expectations, Product design in food and displays, Improving monthly and Daily sales to reach the Target sales, Training and development, Food safety in every staff cut long (nails, beards, hair, etc), Giving (IR) Incident Report or disciplinary action in all staffs  who do not comply in the policy and procedures no one is excepted, I handled 3 store Branches with 2 Brands in 1 Store in my 7 YEARS at the same, I handled the following systems that we used in our operation. REVEL system 2016 till 2019 and FOODICS system 2019 to 2023
