I am a self motivated person, good listener and learner. I have obtained a diploma in culinary arts and entrepreneurship from American Hospitality Academy Philippines. I have worked from casual to fine dining restaurants, hotels and catering services in the philippines and went to dubai working in a healthy concept restaurant and in a central kitchen for popsicle production fresh fruit juices, fresh fruit cakes and fruit platter arrangements. I am well versed with bulk or large scale cooking, ala carte, packed meals, breakfast buffets, lunch and dinner for hotel functions and events. I am aware of haccp and have trainings about food safety and sanitation and also basic first aid. I have experience with international cuisines such as western and asian and i am able to adapt and work with consistency as i am open to learning and progress. At some point i also did menu planning, food costing, product development, inventory and kitchen operation person in charge. I can work in prep station, hot and cold stations and at times assist pastry chefs. As a culinarian, i always look forward to learning new things, trends and experiences and culinary cultures. Given the opportunity to work with you and your organization is another step of honing my skills at the same time be able to share what i learned from my work experiences and show my ability to contribute as an employee of your company.
