• Responsible for machine’s electrical parts list of Bill of materials (BOM) and purchase request.

• Responsible for machine’s electrical design (Schematic diagram and control panel layout)

• Program Programmable logic controller (PLC) system to perform specific functions depending on the customer’s specified requirements.

• Program Human machine interface (HMI) system to perform specific functions depending on the customer’s specified requirements.

• Responsible for Peripheral Unit connection to PLC such as (Omron camera, Keyence camera, Servo motors, Laser marking and traceability system).

• Monitored Machine process implementation to ensure smooth operation.

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment including but limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supply, drivers, gauges and test equipment.

• Responsible for technical support and service to customer on and off sites.

• Endorse to maintenance personnel for the right operation of machine ordered.
