I’m Fredehlyn Torena, 35yrs old, married with 2kids. I have taken an 18units of Masters Degree, and graduated with honorific academic award in Bachelor of Science Industrial Education major in Electronics technology from Bicol University.

As highly trained, knowledgeable and expert in the field of Manufacturing Management for over 11 years, I believed that the combination of Leadership and Training Management, People Management Project Improvement Management would be valuable additions to your company. 

After working for a decade in Nestle Philippines as First Line Manager, I have an advance knowledge and skills in Analytical and decision making, business continuity plan, Developing, Implementation and Validation of Standards and routines, Managing and monitoring of Safety and Quality Controls in Production and other KPI's, Coordination and Implementation of training plan and Recruitment.

My outstanding work ethic and my ability to build relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) has been tremendous asset to my previous employer.


My last position held was First Line Manager focus as Production Technical Training Specialist in Nestle Philippines, Incorporation for over a decade. My responsibility was to Develop, Recommend and Implement Leadership and Training Strategy, Policies and Programs to Support the Organization Performance Culture and Ensure Competency Development of Its Employees Now and for the Future. 

I Establishes and implements robust career planning framework that responds to the need of the organization in line with the competency based ladder, career development and succession planning. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Drives the Learning & Development function in the factory. I develop and perform evaluation, manage communication in Key stakeholders, preparation and organize training programs, effectiveness and learning technology. 

In addition, I played the role of HR Business Partner were I handled various roles like Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Data Management, Training and Organizational Development of the Department. I Manages the recruitment to meet the target manpower requirement and ensures that talent acquisition strategies are developed and maintained. Develops, implements and maintains programs, plans, policies and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection and job placement.
Conducts interviews and selects applicants for job placement. Effective management of the over-all recruitment and on-boarding process. Leads the change management project implementation in partnership with functional heads and business leaders. Plans and implements employee programs and other HR related projects and activities to achieve common goals and objective. And Identifies and prepares development plans for the key and high potential employees and discusses strategies with the business leads.

And Lastly, One of my highlighted skills are on Project Continuous Improvement and Implementation. which I Drive the TPM Implementation by supporting the department heads and Pillar Leaders, Lead the Promotion Campaign for TPM in the Department (training, coaching and assessment) and successful Implementation of Production Category projects like Kaizen and Other Six Sigma: DMAIC, TPM, Blitz and the Likes. Which led the Productions Improvement of the lines. And I Manages Factory Fixed Overhead Cost (FFOH) for Nestle Nutrition Plant Process Area as part of ACE were such as Internal and External Training Budget, Manning, Projects and the likes are monitored and manage properly.
