Responsibilities:
 Daily Morning Meeting together with all the Head of Department to discuss the updates for arrivals and departures on same day & other relevant information which needs to be highlighted.
 Maintain good collaboration & constant communication with other team members in the department and throughout the Resort as necessary.
 Works closely with Revenue, Sales, Front Office department & Airport team to facilitate the customer bookings and keep close contact with regular guests, ensuring their needs are identified and relayed to concerned departments for service delivery.
 Train, develop and motivate the Reservations team to ensure constant delivery of excellent customer service.

 Supervise the Reservations Agents in their daily duties, including pick-ups, travel agent commissions, team members responses to the guests.
 Restrict inventories and channels with consultation of Director of Revenue.
 Reviews daily arrivals and audit duplicate reservations, rate code errors and double check that traces are in place for the respective departments.
 Track and monitor the productivity of all market segments.
 Control no-show and late cancellation charges.
 Ensure that contracted rates are loaded in the systems for ease of use by Reservations.
 Prepare reports on a monthly basis.
 Spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.
 Keep the department informed of all the changes in systems and procedures.
 Test Calls LQA/IFH - 90%
 Monitor reservation pick-ups for the coming months and whole year.
 Maintain an internal upselling program for the Reservations department, which are one of the team benefits and will result to healthy team competition.
 Knows how and when to impose deadlines and delegate tasks.
 Prepare, allocate and plan the monthly schedule and vacation for Reservations Team, in line with varying business levels in order to maximize productivity and minimize payroll costs.
 Answering emails and calls related and assisting the Reservations team when necessary.
 Prepare, plan and conduct an annual Performance Development Review for the team.
 Prepare, plan and conduct a monthly get together with the team.
 Recruit and select suitable employees for the department as per the prescribed policies and procedures.
