I was a fulltime online English teacher for 3months. This experience help me develope my communications and teaching skills as well as collaborating with other teachers to improve performace.

I was a customer service agent for a year and half, with experience in financial account an online platform that customer use for making payments. While I was not a manager, I was one of the customer service representative who handle a wide range of customer issues. I have learned how to handle difficult situations during phone calls, as well as basic salesmanship and customer service skills.  My experience and nature communication skills make me qualified and useful candidate for the job offer.
