As a result of four years' experience as a service crew at Mcdonalds and 3 years in Starbucks as a barista and a year-old shift supervisor , I have gained a high degree of proficiency in serving customers. My organization and attention to detail enables me to provide fast service and to process transactions promptly and accurately. I understand the importance of speed and punctuality, and I pride myself on being extremely reliable.

A large portion of my job involves ensuring customer satisfaction. I always make sure to greet customers warmly and to respond appropriately to the questions and concerns. I make it a point to go the extra mile to ensure that all customers leave happy.
