Elite fitness trainer by International Sports Science Association (ISSA), certified fitness trainer, certified in fitness nutrition and certified in bodybuilding with 10 years experience in the Philippines and Middle east as Fitness trainer / personal trainer. Practical experienced and formal training in nutrition, fitness and strength with a passion for designing exercise and nutrition programs that maximize training efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina and develop an overall sense of wellbeing. Fitness has been a huge part of my life. As you will note from my enclosed resume, I hold multiple certifications from the International Sports Association (ISSA). Additionally, I have more than ten years of experience in a gym setting which is why I am confident I can be an asset to your fitness facility.

As a fitness / personal trainer, I worked closely with new and existing clients in the development of a fitness regimen that would help each of them reach their individualistic goals. This included one on one conversation about nutrition, lifestyle habits, and any weight loss goals. In addition, I was responsible for teaching group fitness classes to 10-20 students at a time.
