• Support CUCM (Cisco Unified Call Manager), CUC (Cisco Unity Connection)
• Configure and maintain call flow using UCS features (Queue Management, System Call Handlers, Route Patterns, Translation Rules)
• Configure and maintain UCS applications for customers (Jabber, EM, Agent, Finesse, AC, VM)
