• Plans and direct activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standard for site processes, materials, and product: Develops and initiates standard method for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as architectural, structural etc.
• Ensure the safety is adhered to at site.
