As a Control Room Operator :

• My Duties includes monitoring and adjusting unit process variables utilizing DCS (Yokogawa Centum VP R6. 03) to ensure safe, efficient and proper operations on Utilities and Facilities which includes Desalination System, Potable water system, Fire Water System, Close Loop Coiling System, Compressed Air Production And Waste water treatment system.
• Maintaining the correct parameters for multiple storage tanks during product export & import via jetty and gantry (LPG, Pygas, Naphtha, Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, Aromatics, Butadiene, Mix C4, Raffinate).
• Engages in Process Safety Management (PSSR, JHA, and PHA) for improvement of operation regarding safety.
• Participate in Documentation 6‹ Rationalization of Alarms for the effectiveness of an Operator.

As a Field Technician:

My Duties includes:

• Coordinate with the Instrument/Mechanical/Electrical Technicians to explain defects/defaults ensuring safe preparations of equipment for routine planned maintenance, and test such repaired equipment ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Record, review, and compile operations records, test results readings such as temperatures, pressures, concentrations, and flows to determine product demand and disposition, or to detect malfunctions.
• Ensures all process plant and utilities equipment’s are in good and in operable condition to maintain high reliability occurred.
• Monitored the plant for leaks, vibrations, clues to possible failures or abnormal conditions such as ice on valve seals, equipment left in inoperable state after maintenance, poor housekeeping, abnormal smells and noises
