Assures and maintains that enough laboratory reagents and supplies are available for use. Handles and investigates patient complaints.

Evaluates and orients new medical technologist employees or trainees.

Coordinates and conducts educational and training/seminar programs to laboratory personnel. Ensures compliance with all government and safety regulations.

Coordinates with respective government agencies in the processing of all applicable licenses

Reports directly to the Clinical Pathologist and Medical Director any concerns or problems encountered.
