• Responsible to provide complete and approved trims in factory for bulk production.
• Ensure that all trims are book on time(based on agreed Time and Action), correct & enough based on the required quantity.
• Communicate with buyer and supplier for the approval of materials before bulk shipment.
• Monitor bulk production until shipment.
• Responsible to provide true and correct information to buyer pertaining to each style/bulk order.
• Monitor materials received if it is within the approved standards of buyer (quality & colour).
• Responsible in checking and controlling of trims issuance.
• Receives files and reviews details for the garment sample making.
• Coordinates with buyer if have special instructions before proceeding sample making
• Coordinating with garment technicians for the improvement of the garment sample
• Communicating with buyer’s nominated suppliers for trims and query on their products.
• Analyzes and recommends workable trims and measurement to buyer once technician foresee problems in production.
• Communicating with mill for fabric booking for the sample and coordinates with them in case found defects in sample yardage to avoid in bulk.
• Responsible in preparing and completing information for sample making request as per buyer’s tech pack.
• Ensures timely, consistent and accurate monitoring and reporting of sample status and individual department defined KPIs.
• Maintains and manages quarterly inventory of materials for sampling usage.
• Timely call out for reworked T&A and cost changes.
• Timely advice of sending details to buyer.
