Troubleshoots issues on ICT and Flash download tester/fixture.
Perform repair on ICT and Flash download fixtures with wiring issues and hardware issues.

Implements detailed FA reports for root cause of PCB, assembly and test failures.
Informs team about the Back-End failure updates and next activities to be done.
Monitors safe launch failures and discuss the updates and next activities to team.
Discuss to team and generates FA daily and weekly report update.
Ensures 5S on the area after using the equipment for analysis.

Generates daily and monthly quality inspection report for incoming raw materials.
Generates and monitors weekly and monthly LRR report of suppliers.

Trains newly hired incoming quality inspectors.
Generate and discuss non-conformance report to the team and supplier. 
Drives supplier for continuous improvement.
Responsible to request and review corrective action report or 8D report from supplier.
