Previously, I worked remotely for an outsourcing company supporting international clients. During my two years there, I had the opportunity to work with two organizations: first, as a Sourcing Specialist for an executive search firm, where I developed my skills in candidate research, outreach, and pipeline management; and second, as a Sales Operations Coordinator for a global B2B stickers company, where I managed wholesale accounts and ensured smooth backend operations. These roles sharpened my attention to detail, improved my communication skills, and strengthened my ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote environments.

Over the past two years, I’ve been running my small online businesses. One focuses on selling homemade baked goods like bread and cookies, while the other is a buy-and-sell shop specializing in vintage and antique cups, saucers, and plates. Due to recent economic challenges, I’ve begun exploring new opportunities. I believe remote work is a great fit, especially since I’ve had positive experience with it in the past.

Beyond the technical skills, what I bring to the table is a strong sense of ownership and commitment. I treat every client and company I work with as if they were my own while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and care in every task. I’m now looking to bring that same mindset and energy to a team that values growth, collaboration, and high performance.

With a degree in International Relations, majoring in International Trade, and over 10 years of diverse experience spanning executive search, customer service, sales, and operations, I bring a unique and adaptable perspective to any team I join.


I have over two years of experience in recruitment and administration. I started as a Sourcing Associate at a local executive search firm, then joined a U.S.-based outsourcing company supporting a California-based executive search firm. I sourced candidates for various roles—mainly in IT and SaaS—using LinkedIn and Crelate ATS, and endorsed them to senior recruiters. I also worked on roles ranging from technical (e.g., Software Engineers, Project Managers) to corporate and blue-collar positions.

Later, I transitioned to an operations role for a U.S.-based e-commerce client, where I handled administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, creating shipping labels, generating invoices, and providing customer service. These experiences have strengthened my skills in organization, communication, and multitasking across both recruitment and administrative functions.
