A Food Technologist /  R&D by profession with more than 20 extensive regional experience in product development, QA and research in food and chemical manufacturing industries in ASIA.

• Head of R&D/QA/QC Department: 8 years’ experience as overall responsible in product development from conceptualization of ideas to product launching; spearheading with the top management and related department heads in ensuring that company objectives are met at specified timeframe; reviews existing documents in relations to product formulation, labelling, and technical files, identifying requirements and resources for an effective and well-maintained system; in-charge of ensuring that company SOPs and all food safety standards are reviewed, maintained, and implemented accordingly;
• Product Development/Improvement Officer: 5 years’ experience in different category which includes snack foods, biscuits/crackers, soft cakes, breads/buns, confectionery, nuts manufacturing industry, from idea generation to product testing and shelf life studies, until the product is launched in the market;
• QC/QA Analyst/Supervisor: 7-years’ experience in a chemical and food manufacturing industry performing physico-chemical and microbial analysis for all incoming raw materials, in-process and outgoing finished products.
