I'm Jennifer Singuran, but you can call me Jen. I'm from Baliuag, Bulacan.

I graduated in 2016, with a bachelors degree in Business Administration major in General Management. I've been working in the procurement field for 7 years now. 

My first job was in my alma mater, Bulacan State University as a Procurement Clerk wherein, I was tasked to do the reviewing of Purchase Request prior submission to the vendor for quotation request and posting it through PhilGEPS, it is a procurement electronic website wherein all requests above P50,000.00 should be posted to attract more potential vendors. I was also responsible for doing the opening of quotations and helping the procurement committee to award the winning vendor, then once awarding is done I worked on the creation of BAC Resolution in accordance to Republic Act 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act). I was also responsible for initiating checking of vendors' contracts to ensure compliance around pricing, payment terms, quality of products, and so on. Aside for small value procurement, I also handled public bidding projects and the preparation of bidding documents to be sent to potential vendors. 

On 2017, I applied and got hired in Accenture Inc., wherein I was assigned to TEMPO, my first project wherein I managed the ordering of mobiles and processing of mobile modifications through the use of MDSL tool. Then I was transferred to a new Project in ATCP as Purchasing Analyst. Here, just like in my first job, my roles there was a bit similar, the only dfference was I was the one who creates the Purchase Request using SAP once we identified what is needed by our customers. I also coordinates with vendors for quotation request. I also answered escalation emails with RCA or root cause analysis. People management was also included in my role, overseeing the end to end procurement process, collaborating with vendors and other third parties and internal stakeholders were also my job. I also provided trainings to the newly hired analysts in my team. I was part of the Continuous inprovement team wherein we think of a solution to problems or issues in purchasing. And one of the improvements that I contributed was the enhancement of the forms being used by our customers in raisng a request. For example is the laptop battery request form. In order to proceed with the request, we need to know the laptop model and service tag for compatibility, however in the old form it was not included that's why we need to query those information with our customers which takes a lot of time especially if that customer is on leave. In the new form we enhanced it by adding all the neccessary fields we need to proceed with the request. When that improvement was implemented, we saw that our request inquiry has improved from 60% to 15%.

As part of my ad hoc role, I was in charge in conducting quality audits for my team as well as the review of Negative survey or NCSAT.
