I am currently working as a Technical Support Analyst answering calls and responding email inquiries and handling complaints from customers and business to business clients of an Dutch American Weather Company. I adapted various communication styles working with colleagues that have multi-cultural backgrounds when I took my training in Wageningen, Netherlands last May 2018.
