• Responsible for planning and coordinating the utilization of labor and equipment consistent with efficiency targets, statutes, safety guidelines, and environmental conditions;
• Closely monitors and assess the implementation of mine plans and provides feedback and recommendations;
• Provides technical support in improving mine operations in terms of mine design and mine scheduling to help attain development and target production, and to execute operations safety and cost effectively through approved mining strategies and plans.
