Internal Medicine -Physician

This are my job/work experiences for almost 4 years. 

1. Diagnoses and manages common Internal Medicine (IM) cases competently in the Out Patient Department (OPD) and in the wards.

2. Diagnoses and treats cases in the Emergency Room and in the different subspecialties.

3. Diagnoses and manages critically-ill patients at the MICU/CCU.

4. Assesses and evaluates patients in the critical area as frequently as needed and manages them accordingly.

5. Answers interdepartmental referrals for evaluation and management/suggestion with interaction with the consultant.

6. Performs all necessary procedures on his patients as indicated.

7. Accomplishes all documents/records related to the care of his patients as required.

8. Supervises general practitioner assigned at OPD and ER in the performance of their duties.

9. Conducts general consultation and at the OPD.

10. Conducts consultation at Hemodialysis – OPD.

11. Performs all other related functions that may be assigned.

I'am an Internal Medicine - Physician who had undergone 3 years residency training at had passed my Philippine Specialty Board Exam in Internal Medicine last March 2022. I'am currently a Working as a junior consultant in a Provincial Hospital in Mount Province, Philippines.
