I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person. I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative. I am able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.

From April 22, 2023, to August 2, 2023, I worked as an IT Infrastructure Specialist for Royal Caribbean International – Odyssey of the Seas, resolving user/crew queries via various channels 24/7 and performing various maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, ensuring smooth operations of critical systems onboard.

Previously, I worked as a Remote Desktop Support Engineer L2 at Wipro Limited, handling troubleshooting, installations, and configurations for various systems like VPNs, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and more, ensuring efficient remote work support.

Prior experience involved roles as an IT Service Desk Analyst L1, concentrating on remote query resolutions, system installations, and documentation for IT processes. I also held positions as a Transmission Support Technician during the national elections, ensuring network uptime, and earlier roles focused on technical support for various companies, handling diverse technical issues, customer support, and sales.

Overall, I have extensive experience in IT support, troubleshooting, remote assistance, and ensuring smooth operations across various systems and platforms.

I studied Bachelor of Science in Information Technology major in Programming at Cagayan State University - Carig Campus.
