I was working in Semiconductor industry for more than 7 years.
More than 3 years of being a wirebond line sustaining technician in Amkor Technology Philippines.
More than 3 years of being wirebond process technician in ASE Malaysia.
I am a fast learner type of person so if I am hired in any department, FOL, EOL or Test, I can do my job very well.

In Amkor, I was a sustaining technician in wirebond focus on 40 KNS machines in 1 module. I do change capillary, set up or convert machine, manual programming if no program available, repair and calibrations, also if no technician in NPI module, I was the one assisting the Engineers.
In ASE Malaysia, I was a process technician in wirebond focus on lot disposition, doing reports on damage strip, low yield and other issue related on wirebond process. I was also making new bd programs, machine bd migration and change customer revision. If have any amjor issue, I was assisting the package owner Engineer.
