John Marion Araneta

I am a registered and licensed architect in the Philippines and have been working in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry since 2016, both in the private and public sectors.

I am self-motivated professional and have been in the field of Architecture and Engineering both on private and public practice since 2016. I am currently working as an Architect in the Department of Public Works and Highways Masbate 3rd District Engineering Office; a national government agency undertaking major infrastructure project in the Philippines and was assigned in the Planning and Design Section. I was charged to prepare detailed architectural and engineering design from pre-design to final design phase of Building Projects including detailed estimates and program of works using Computer Aided Design (CAD), Microsoft and 3D Visual softwares.

Beyond these skills, I have gained in depth knowledge on quality assurance and control in constructing buildings when I worked as QAQC Engineer in a large private company, Makati Development Corporation (MDC), in Metro Manila. I implemented procedures on quality on a Three-Tower High Rise Condominium Building. From punch listing to testing and commissioning of residential units and common areas, I ensured that the structure is in accordance with the project execution and quality plan.

I finished my Architecture degree in Lyceum-Northwestern University, Dagupan City, Pangasinan. I am a scholar for three (3) consecutive years in our university and became College President when I was 4th year student.
