Attending Ship/Shore Surveyor General Inspection for Petroleum Products and LPG both Local and Foreign Vessel all over the Philippines for major Petroleum Company Depot.
Convoys the vessel after Attending Ship to Ship Operation, Off Hire On Hire Bunker Survey.
Coordinate with the terminal authority for inspection of tank, pipeline and valve to be used
Perform Inventory of Shore tank farm in Refinery and Depot for clients
Perform gauging innage method / arbitrary method of storage tank farms product level, watercut, temperature and product sampling
Responsible for performing quantity determination inspection of shore tanks, collect sample for laboratory analysis
Physically sample, measures and take the temperature of shore tanks utilizing a variety of methods dictated by the company
Inspect vessel compartment prior to loading if fit to load for nominated products
Coordinate with the vessel representative for last 3 cargoes and tank cleaning method for compatibility of cargo to be loaded
Applying correction in calibration table and reconciled figure for vessel cargo calculation
Ensure all the equipment use are functioning properly to prevent discrepancies
Measure ship holds and depth of fuel water in tank using UTI, sounding tapes, thermoprobe for product temperature read draft markings to ascertain depth of vessel in water
Maintain regular communication with the office staff with reference to job status, problem and concerns
Calculates hold capacities volume of cargo stored fuel weight of cargo and ships stability factor using standard mathematical formulas and calculator
Analyzed data obtained from survey formulates recommendation pertaining to vessel capacities and writes reports and findings.
