Hello, this is Emmanuel .My full name is Jose Emmanuel Reyes. I am 27 years old, and I live in Imus, Cavite. My educational attainment: I'm a college graduate. I took a course in BSBA marketing management at Far Eastern University in Cavite, and also for my work experience, I worked for about 3 years at APPEN Company. First, I worked at Appen as on-the-job training when I was in college, and after I graduated, they absorbed me into the production department when the COVID cases lessened. I try to take the opportunity to work for the BPO company in Pasay, EPERFORMAX. My role there is as a teammate; we handle calls internationally, and our account is an order-taking account. We manage to set their orders in our system and give them options to have more ideas of what products we have, and we also take responsibility when something bad happens to their order by patiently listening and understanding what they want to set expectations for our customers. and after that, I decided to go back again to Appen for personal reasons because I got my first newborn child so I could help and take care of my child because Appen is near my home, and I also work part time at Proveneo as a real estate agent.
