1,During plant turnarounds inspect, assess equipment condition, issue repair recommendations, verify suitable completion of the repair and forecast future repairs or replacement of equipment. 2. Facilitate inspection reports of Rotating Equipment Technical issues to complete Rotating Equipment’s Engineering activities in accordance to plantwide procedure. 3. Read interpret materials, such as work orders, inspection manuals, blueprints to determine inspection and test procedures. 4. Reads dials and meters to ensure that equipment is operating according to specifications. Familiar in using Micro meter for use to determine equipment parts are within specified tolerance base on manuals and drawings. Mark items for acceptance or rejections, records test results and inspection data and compares finds with specifications to ensure conformance to standards. Monitor NDT testing during pipeline repairs. 5. Issue (NCR) Non-Compliance to Requirements to Subcontractors that are working not in accordance to specification and engineering standards procedure adapted in the plant site 6. Monitoring rotating equipment to determine the vibration and correct motor rotation using necessary instrument during the test. Vibration readings for rotary machineries, motors, agitators, pumps, fans etc. RPM testing using portable LED Stroboscope, Vibration meter, Thermos Gun, Dye Penetrants sprays, Hardness Meter, Ultrasonic Tester, Stroboscope, Tachometer. 7. Inspection of structural damages, civil works damages, thickness surveys for the Tanks, Vessels and Pipelines. Material analyzing and hardness testing. Welding works inspections using dye penetrants sprays to determine defects, cracks and flaws. 8. Complies with proper operating procedures of safety and health standards regulations. 9. Monitor that during repairs and troubleshooting of plant site equipment’s PTW Procedure work permit is applied to ensure the safety of Maintenance staff. 10. Monitor material requisition in order for the Maintenance Staff to comply of Inspector Recommendation after inspection of all Rotating Machineries. 11. Technical Evaluation and establish Material Dara Sheet for purposes of speedy Purchase Order of all parts needed for Maintenance of all equipment’s in the Plant Sites.
