About me:

Hi I am Jovelyn Root, I lived in 54 Irving street New Asinan Olongapo City, Zambales, I was working before at Aviation Concept Inc. and we were operated an emecgency air ambulanced owned by emergency airlift based at Subic Bay International Airport as a Secretary. I learned many things and my major job is preparing, agendas, meetings, conference, school supplies inventory, answering incoming calls, emails, printing, scanning, updating contacts. Example; If we will have a customers call inquiry, I give them estimated or quotation for the patients and hours flying from & to, when customer afford offered, I immediately contact with the president of the hospital were working on medical crews such as doctor and nurses and medical supplies, cooperate with dfa in manila for urgent process of their visas stamp together with pilots, contact hospitals where the customer go to doctors, nurses and road ambulance to pick up the patients. As a secretary, I make a list of all hospitals worldwide, hotels, cruiships and their contacts, send messages to them to offer our company service if in case one of those are in accident  they are going to contact directly.

I do have experience of working on customer service for years, I was an Agent selling beauty products, I do advertising to my account and answering incoming phones calls and text inquiries, send the pricelist and talk to them like sales talk so that customers will order to try and once they like the outcome of the products to their skin, just contacting you and place the order, I do ship international and I had many customers overseas, knows how to handled customers needs, complaints, problem solving. When customers order, always told them to shoulder shipping charges, if overseas tell them if they wants to pay insurance if incase. Send out documents papers with parcel, track & trace at all time and update them. Collecting payment cash through any remittance, I have to claim first their payment before sending out their items and guide them how to use or to assemble  and instruction, do not let your customers until not satisfied. Talk to them with a soft voice, calm. When the customers is on pressure let her/ him talking when they finish, talk to them calm voice. Be kind, positive attitude, work under pressure.
