Karl holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Vocational Certificate in Industrial Instrumentation. He has 14 years of local work experience specializing in Construction Safety and is a DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner. He passed the Lead Auditor Course of ISO 45001:2018, a CQI-IRCA accredited with Identification no 255975, as well as the Radiation Safety Officer examination under the Philippine National Research Institute and the International Safety Certification for Registered Safety Officer examination under the IBOESH United States.

I've worked on a variety of infrastructure projects. The Manila International Airport Land Reclamation, Angat Water Aqueduct Tunnelling, Novaliches to Balara Tunnelling, Leyte Geothermal Power Plant, NGCP Transmission Line Tower, and Manila International Airport Project are just a few of the notable projects I've worked on as a Safety Practitioner.
