• Managed and evaluated the requirements and supporting documents needed and assessed the standard Spectrum/Radio license fees in filing and registration of type-approved radio equipment by the telecommunications operators and licensees to ensure compliance with the existing Philippine radio laws and regulations (Republic Act 3846 – Radio Control Law)
• Oversaw the expiration dates of the Spectrum/Radio licenses and permits to be renewed
• Authorized the installation of radio stations and administered the granting and issuance of the Spectrum/Radio licenses, certifications and permits for the operation of radio stations of broadcast services  andtelecommunication operators 
• Conducted on-site inspections on all types of radio installations (from microwave and cellular to fixed land/mobile stations) and took appropriate action against the illegal possession and use of all types of radio equipment to ensure compliance with the existing Philippine radio laws and regulations (Republic Act 3846 – Radio Control Law)
