Kent Baculio

I am Kent Baculio, 23 years of age. I have a solo parent, my mother. I have 4 siblings and one of them is a person with disability (PWD) which is my younger brother. I am a former Helpdesk Support at NCECCO. I consider myself as a hardworking person and would do whatever it takes to get a job in Canada just to support my mother and my younger brother. I love exploring new things and I adapt quickly, I am currently looking for a job that will help me support my family, the only one that's keeping me moving forward.

I worked as a Helpdesk Supporter at NCECCO for three months, patching software and installing new versions to fix security flaws and safeguard data. setting up hardware, gadgets, and software to configure workstations for workers. new staff were given system access permissions and hardware configuration.
I also have three months of experience as a data entry clerk, where my responsibility was to maintain the highest standards of quality in order to avoid major mistakes and help the team meet its performance goals. evaluated primary sources to locate the needed data. data entry mistakes were fixed to avoid data duplication or degradation.
During my one year and one month as a product researcher, I assisted the development team in creating technical requirements and product documentation to achieve process uniformity. Worked with development team to define and implement customer change requests to enhance product functionality. Reviewed design specifications, quality assurance plans and demonstration scripts.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines.
