Kristine May Tormo

I'm currently a Store Manger of a Hardware and Construction Supply Business, with 6 years of experience in customer service including handling accounting and purchasing department. My goal is to give customer satisfaction with our service and brands. 

I'm good in English communication, in writing and speaking. with knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, office, and Google Drive. I can do multi tasking with excellent time management program.             

I also have a professional Philippine Driver's License and knowledge of driving Manual and Automatic four wheels car transmission.      

Currently I'm the Store Manager of Ergin Hardware and Construction supply Trading situated at Bomba St. Barangay Salvacion Murcia Negros Occidental Philippines starting May 2016 up to present. A local business offering affordable and reliable construction materials, my daily task is to organize deliveries, checking quality control, receiving stocks, calculating daily sales and expenses, Customer service, doing store taxes and legal responsibilities.

I also work as an marketing assistant at Haier Appliance Bacolod City Branch, from July 2014 to January 2015. My task is to collect sales from brand dealers around Bacolod area, and to compute their monthly quota. I'm also in charge in collecting payment and bank deposit.

From February 2015 to March 2016 i work as a Front Office representative at CITI Grand Inn Bacolod City A small hotel for travelers. my daily routine is to welcome guest, give the proper room they prefer, answering phone calls, handling guest complaints. I'm also in charge of refilling beverage counter and daily sales computations. 

I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management year 2014 at La Consolacion College Bacolod City Negros Occidental Philippines.
