• Disseminates to merchandisers the information about new products launched and cascaded monthly C.O.P(Cycle Of Priorities)
• Conduct Store visit and record findings w/ regards to the status of stocks, promotions, planogram  implementation, stores issues and concerns, competitor activities 
• Make sure all items are displayed especially "must haves" sku's
• Prioritize those items with issues, check system status, suggest order
• Update always your immediate superior regarding the status of promotions, store(s) issues and concern, competitor activities
• Talk to store personnel in order to know if they have concern(s)
• Give sanction if they merchandiser(s) violate their duties and responsibilities
• Negotiate or maintain the good relationship with store personnel.
• Acts as a liaison between your company and merchandisers / agency
• Make necessary reports and submit on or before the deadline if possible.

• Monitoring of Main Plant workers assigned in their respective assignments
• Monitor booking clothes per salesman
• Monitor the complaint items per branch, the balances every branch, booking clothes, charges, invoices, drivers who will deliver the washed clothes per branch
• Attend monthly meetings
• Get the customer complaint, suggestions, request and give to the concern fellow
• Monitor the quality of clothes before delivery to a certain branch/customer

• Familiarize the products of your company
• Proper merchandising of the products @ the selling area
• Implement / follow the plangram
• Ensure all products are available especially "Must Haves" Sku's
• Check daily the OOS items in the system, make sure system inventory align vs actual
• Make Suggested Order (S.O), prioritize items with system discrepancy, discuss Suggested Order(S.O) to Supervisors / Managers for them to know / understand 
• Implement & Install activities and necessary POS materials
• Monitor the expiration date(FeFo) of your products
• Monitor the movement of your products
• Make feedback to the activities(trade and consumer) implemented in the store as well as competitor
• Monitor the competitor activities and report to immediate superior
• Arrange the products inside the warehouse/storage area base on category and expiry dates
• Make inventory, reports and submit to concern fellow.
